Eyelash extension artist based in Kermit,Tx. POLICY: Upon paying the deposit I will have assumed you read the policy thoroughly. ARRIVAL: Every client must message to 432-310-5656 upon arrival and wait until prompted to come in. Clients need to come in with a clean face, no makeup, mascara or glue residue on the lashes. No contacts are to be worn during the service. Restrooms are not available. No plus 1’s or kids are allowed to attend the appointment. TARDY TOLERANCE: All clients have a 15min grace period to arrive to the appointment unless I am notified other wise/before and we agree on a different arrival time. CANCELLATION: All cancellations or reschedules have to be done 24 hours prior to the visit. Failure to do so will result in a 100% fee that must be paid in order to book again. NO SHOWS: No shows will not be permitted to book again. A 100% fee charge will be applied. There is no tolerance for no shows. I ask you respect my time and I will respect your time. LASH FILLS: When booking a lash fill appointment the client must have 40% of the lashes on at the time of the visit. Anything less than 40% will be considered a full set. If you book a fill and need a full set, I will only lash up until my next appointment even if I was unable to finish the full set. The client can always message me before booking a fill to verify if they need a fill or full set. FORM OF PAYMENTS: Cash is accepted and recommended at the time of the visit. I do also accept cashapp &’ Venmo. I do not accept Facebook pay, or Apple Pay. However, the card on file can be used and charged to pay for the appointment if the above options are not to your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS NON-REFUNDABLE To reschedule or cancel an existing appointment all clients have a 24 hour window to do the needed changes. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of the service. Cancellations the same day will also be charged 100% of the service.
